PURPOSE

The purpose of this brief document is to, using "plain talk", stimulate the thinking of the faithful, so that, under the direct and individual Illumination of the Holy Spirit of God, a better awareness of What Time Is It? - Apocalyptically speaking - is achieved.

miguel de Portugal must admit that God again used a recent letter to nudge him to get this document out of the ink well - where it has been languishing away for a few weeks now. In said letter we read:

Thank you for publishing Kirk's letter.  It confirms what I have suspected all along.  I wonder if it is possible for you to expound further on the mode of currency that will be instituted during the rebuilding process....   I know that the answer lies in complete trust in our Lord.  Still, I cannot imagine that we will be able to survive without His direct intervention at that time....

Also it would seem that we will be unable to pay our monthly bills, continue to hold jobs, put gas in our cars, etc.  Would this be the time that we will be directed by our Angels to move to "safe" places?  Or maybe what we have heard about this is not accurate? 
 
I don't want to be motivated by curiosity and I know that we must truly trust in Him for guidance at all times, yet if it is His Will to allow you to shed some light on this aspect of what is to come, I feel compelled to ask.

Well, maybe the writer of this letter should not be given all the credit for getting  m de P to finally snap into attention. Today he came across an article in a European magazine dated April 11, 2005, which announced:

"Financial Institutions and Telephone Operators Offer New Services :  Soon we will not need to carry anything else but our mobile phone to draw money from our bank account and make purchases."

No, that is not science fiction - that is already in the advanced implementation phase in Europe; banks are phasing out personnel as fast as possible and the ATM's are the primary means for paying for services in Portugal while in Spain and France, direct draft to ones bank account is the preferred method to pay for services and goods.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

BACKGROUND

The contents of this document should not be taken as Prophecy - not that we are saying it is not. It should be taken as one would a one-on-one, very casual conversation between two old friends over a cup of coffee in any one of the thousands of Piazzas in Europe.

The stage and background of this virtual chat should also include the world and world events of the last five years. Events which, because of their magnitude, most humans are aware of.

It is "said by some" that we are at the edge of the End of These Times. However, in order to reach that state, the world must first experience the implementation of the New International Order with its New World Religion. However, if one takes a few current socio-political "samples from the world" it gives the impression that it may be another 250 years before Illuminati and associates, as "some claim", can implement the New International Order.

For example, in Spain alone the autonomic regions (state-like geographical areas composed of different cultural backgrounds) cannot even agree on how work within (the illusion of) a united Spanish nation - let alone how to work within the European Union;  yet, Spain approved the European Constitution while, at the same time, "Mr. Europeans" - France - is leaning toward voting "No" to the European Constitution. Does this make sense? Of course not!, at least on the surface...

This is taking place while, the Peace Process of the Middle East is really getting nowhere - it is still is, as usual, somewhere in the "middle" of the much talked about Road Map; North Korea is about to test a nuclear weapon and Iran has had its fill with those who wish to control their development  in the thermonuclear field.

Iraq is finally "free" - Now they are free blow up each other at will and abduct and execute innocent people without the interference of a dictator, while Afghanistan is also free to stone to death adulteress while the rest of the free world can watch it live on TV - free of charge, of course!

Pedophile priests protectors, are honored;  Cardinal Law, has been honored by being entrusted with the most important Arch Basilica in the world dedicated to Mary - the Immaculate One; while the traditional Human Rights protector - the U.S. - has turned the world into the live set of the old western series "Gun Smoke"; and Africa is drowned in its own blood since they were "freed from the yoke" of their colonial "masters".... when they were the "slaves" to peace and harmony.

In other words, chaos reigns supreme and it seems that the schedule to establish the New International Order with its New World Religion is slipping... or is it? How in the world can this already delayed schedule be achieved when the whole world is rapidly racing away from such united condition?

Do not look now... but... it may just be right under your nose.

DETAILS

Because the almost freedom-from-control fanaticism of the US population of the past - the government could not even get a national ID card going - while in Europe that level of data-basing the citizenry is "old hat". Much less could the US authorities use electronic tagging or anything similar to it - God forbid!  - a violation of individual freedom! - yet in Europe dogs have not had dog tags for years now... they have dog chips imbedded under their skin tying them to their owners' name address and national ID card  number.

Before a political murderer in the US could get a conviction, the judge would almost demand, as supporting evidence, depositions by all his dead victims... depositions since they could not appear in court... after all.... they were already dead. etc., etc. all the while in Europe Gladio handled such affairs with great expedience and free of the limitations imposed by a  fair judicial system - but only if they got in the way of their plans.

But then, "some say" that, through rigged elections, Mr. George W. Bush became President since, as yet "others say", Clinton delayed the New International Order by ten years. Imagine!

Even "others claim", that the life of H.H. John Paul II was extended by God for the same amount time (1995- 2005) by which the implementation of the New International Order was delayed, as a correction to the altered schedule.

But not to worry - playing catch up is the name of the game. The USSR may have placed a man in space before the US, but the US beat them to the Moon. Then, the Soviet Empire may have collapsed first and then the US would be next.

Mr. Bush was inaugurated on January 20, 2001 and the Road Map for National Security : Imperative for Change, Phase III, was "hot off the press" and ready for publication as soon as the date of its embargoed state was reached; that date was January 31, 2001... just 11 days after Mr. Bush's Inauguration. On page vi of said document we can read that the authors recognized how hard its implementation would be, unless, of course there happened to be a 9-11 event.

In the meantime, "some claim" that Mr. Bush was shipped back to Texas for a month long vacation (he does have a tendency to get underfoot of the true power brokers... at least "according to some") and, as just a "wild coincidence" would have it, September 11 occurs and the mentality of the US population quickly becomes quite fearful and pliable.

But not to worry.... some folks, already in power in Washington, D.C.,  with an uncanny "prophetic vision", just happened to have that Phase III manual - even with the right jargon for the situation at hand (such as Road Map, Homeland Security, etc.)  to quickly implement all that was needed, with the blind blessing of the erstwhile freedom-from-control US citizens and law makers; thus, reassuring its citizens about their safety....  As the saying goes, "We have come a long way, baby", haven't we?

Well, you know how fate is... just like history.... it repeats itself and everyone gets surprised all over again as if it had never happened before.

Logically, now "some claim" that an equivalent 9-11, which was tested with a European audience in Madrid on 3-11, to ensure the right impending election outcome, as "some also say", should take place, on a worldwide scale and of an unimaginable magnitude, if the already well delayed schedules are to be met.

Such event would accelerate the efforts to implement the New International Order since it would hardly face any opposition... just like the Patriot Act in the US, which sailed through Congress in record time and with hardly any opposition.

But then again, you know the things "some people claim"....

EPILOGUE

Quoting from the initially mentioned letter:

"I know that the answer lies in complete trust in our Lord.  Still, I cannot imagine that we will be able to survive without His direct intervention at that time.... since we will be unable to buy items for our basic needs."

To which we say: Amen!

The writer also states: "Or maybe what we have heard about this is not accurate?"

To which we say: What do you think now?

May those who have Eyes, See and those who have Ears, Hear and as long as God Wills it, and in a state of continued awe by His Mercy and Goodness, we will be at the service of His children in the manner and to the extent He sees fit. For this, we sincerely and in true humility beg your prayerful assistance.
