We wish to take this opportunity to highlight some key statements made by Ratzinger in his recent visit to Germany, and to offer the appropriate comments upon them for the benefit of all.
From speech to lay Catholics in Freiburg (1)
Comment: Wake up and smell the coffee, Ratzinger. This is why: And because iniquity hath abounded, the charity of many shall grow cold. [Matthew 24:12] - which clearly indicates that we are at the End of These Times.
Comment: Obviously he is accepting and promoting the concept of a partner as opposed to a spouse of the opposite sex.
Comment: And, pray tell, Mr. Ratzinger, what is responsible for the essential death of the faith? The French Revolution? The Bolshevik Revolution? Of course not! Those two great upheavals, and many lesser revolutions, were the result of the faith having been murdered by the Roman Catholic Church Administrators and Orthodox Church Administrators, at all levels! These men lived like Roman Emperors and not like the man and God, Jesus, the Christ, whom they have claimed to serve!
Comment: We do not need "small communities," like the many cults which have sprung up in the Catholic Church - with Opus Dei at their lead. The logical local community is that of the parish - which, under the leadership of a true man of God, can be like a home to all - without fanaticism and without cult-like activities.
On his flight from Rome (2)
But he urged Catholics to see the Church was made of both good and bad, and was struggling to right the wrongs committed in its ranks. Germany has been rocked by the clerical sex scandals that have swept across Europe in the past two years.
"The Church is a net of the Lord that pulls in good fish and bad fish," he said. "We have to learn to live with the scandals and work against the scandals from inside the great net of the Church."
A record 181,000 German Catholics officially quit the Church last year.
Comment: We have to learn to live with the scandals? Struggling to right the wrongs committed in its ranks?
Are we then to assume that "scandals" are just part of the Evangelization process? Does "struggling to right the wrongs" mean to protect and advance the career of the criminals in the hierarchy who covered up for the mentally ill pedophiles?
This is how blind they think most of the faithful are, and, sadly enough, they are right. 1600 years of brainwashing produces that kind of mentality.
Meeting with representatives of Catholic associations in Freiburg im Breisgau (3)
"The Church", he explained, "is not just other people, not just the hierarchy, the Pope and the bishops: we are all the Church, we the baptised. ...
Comment: For once, Ratzinger got right what the Church is. Don’t applaud; his use of the correct definition is short lived.
"In the concrete history of the Church, however, a contrary tendency is also manifested, namely that the Church becomes settled in this world, she becomes self-sufficient and adapts herself to the standards of the world. She gives greater weight to organisation and institutionalisation than to her vocation to openness"...
Comment: So much for the right definition of the Church. Now the Church is - once again, and as usual - its Administration.
"Secularising trends", he added, "whether by expropriation of Church goods, or elimination of privileges or the like, have always meant a profound liberation of the Church from forms of worldliness, for in the process she has set aside her worldly wealth and has once again completely embraced her worldly poverty". In freeing herself of material ties, "her missionary activity regained credibility".
Comment: The world will not have long to wait. When God finishes with what the Church has become, it will have no resemblance to the post-Constantine Church.
Comment: He does not realize how soon this all will come to pass. In the meantime, we should ask Ratzinger: What are you waiting for to do something about it?
Comment: He is still hoping that someone believes that this is the course of action taken by the Opus Dei Church. Amazingly enough, many fools will fall for it.
Ratzinger's address to young Germans (4)
Comment: And exactly who is to blame for this? The faithful, as the highest ranking Spanish Cardinal wrote to me? There were more Popes than secular leaders who fit: "those figures in our history who saw themselves as bringers of light, but without being fired by Christ."
Comment: Really? Maybe Ratzinger should be given the Perception Nobel Prize. If he is acknowledging that "the damage to the Church comes not from her opponents, but from uncommitted Christians", what is his program to correct it? A new pair of red Pradas and a new ermine stole, perhaps.
Comment: There is no doubt, Ratzinger is talking like miguel de Portugal - but he is acting like what he is, the AntiChrist.
Homily at Mass in Freisburg (5)
Translated into the language of our time, this statement might sound something like this: agnostics, who are constantly exercised by the question of God, those who long for a pure heart but suffer on account of our sin, are closer to the Kingdom of God than believers whose life of faith is "routine" and who regard the Church merely as an institution, without letting their hearts be touched by faith.
Comment: Again we must note that there is no doubt: Ratzinger is talking like miguel de Portugal but acting like what he is, the AntiChrist.
Farewell address at Lahr airport (6)
There is nothing more beautiful than to know Christ and to speak to others of our friendship with him" (Homily for the Solemn Inauguration of the Petrine Ministry, 24 April 2005). This experience ultimately gives the certainty that where God is, there is a future." Wherever God is present, there is hope: new and often unexpected horizons open up beyond the present and the ephemeral.
Comment: "Petrine Ministry"? He must have been reading our pages since it was in the year 2002 when we published the document - The True Petrine Ministry - clarifying what is the "rock" upon which the Church is founded (7). Overactive imagination? No. He has already recanted (as we published recently) the claim that Peter is the rock upon which Christ founded the Church. In addition, if you Google "Petrine Ministry", out of 93,000 entries our document (7) is the second on the list, and we do not pay Google for positioning our documents at the top of the list.

And many still think that we had it bad in the US!
This is another reminder that instead of bashing the US - as many citizens do - we should thank God that we had the opportunity to benefit from it. We should stop the “Bashing Fest,” and if there were enough time, work on correcting what we see that needs correcting. At this point, however, no time remains to reform the system. There is only time for the faithful to pray for conversion of heart, for themselves and for others, so that as many people as possible may have a "soft landing" amidst the Chastisement.

Thank you for the publishing Gospel omissions (for the Roman Catholic and Orthodox Mass lectionaries).
The Bible Study group that I belong to just finished studying the Book of Matthew, and I was shocked (and yet not totally surprised) to see the omissions from Chapter 24 of Matthew, as it talks about the abomination of desolation and days of darkness.
I hope everyone was paying attention in Bible Study!
It is interesting that even in Bible Study, many people do not read the scripture ahead of time; they want it all explained to them when we meet. They cheat themselves and the group by not allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal insights to them ahead of time to share with the group.
Oh, well such is life!
Thank you for all you do, in Jesus' name.
IW
A. Thank you for your kind words but, above all, thank you for sharing with us an experience that perfectly typifies what we keep warning about, something that now even Ratzinger is echoing (1).
What you describe, and we continue to warn about, are the routine Catholics who are mostly in it as a social club – and do not view the Faith as the Master Key to the best possible journey through Time. They can be seen everywhere. Spain, in our opinion, is the Flagship of this deviation.
Let us continue to pray for them. Otherwise, their lot will be with the virgins who did not have oil for their lamps at the time they needed it the most.
The following verses..... which are included in the Roman Catholic Mass lectionary have been left out in the Orthodox lectionary.
Mark 5:21
Mark 9:32
Mark 15:42
Oh, yes.... it turned out that the debris of the doomed Satellite that NASA simply guessed (that seems to be all NASA can do these days) was all to fall in the Pacific Ocean, actually fell near Calgary, Canada! (1)
The satellite, broken up into 26 titanium and other hard alloy pieces expected to survive the fiery descent, reportedly fell at least partly on land. Twitter and YouTube reports pinpointed landfall in Okotoks, Canada, near Calgary.
miguel de Portugal comments: Friends, when I and my close colleagues were at the height of our Engineering careers, we were working on practically "Mission Impossible" projects. If we had functioned like today's alleged engineers and scientists, after the six month probationary period for new hires, we would have been placed at the gate of the Petrochemical complex on the double, with the personal prized possessions we kept in our offices stuffed in a plastic trash bin, given to us by the company as a "Going away present".
This is neither a joke nor an exaggeration.
As the saying goes: They don't make them anymore as they used to.

Almost 600 years Before the Blessed Birth of Christ, God delivered the following message through the prophet Ezekiel:
[26] For when the just turneth himself away from his justice, and committeth iniquity, he shall die therein: in the injustice that he hath wrought he shall die. [27] And when the wicked turneth himself away from his wickedness, which he hath wrought, and doeth judgment, and justice: he shall save his soul alive. [28] Because he considereth and turneth away himself from all his iniquities which he hath wrought, he shall surely live, and not die. [29] And the children of Israel say: The way of the Lord is not right. Are not my ways right, O house of Israel, and are not rather your ways perverse? [30] Therefore will I judge every man according to his ways, O house of Israel, saith the Lord God. Be converted, and do penance for all your iniquities: and iniquity shall not be your ruin.
[31] Cast away from you all your transgressions, by which you have transgressed, and make to yourselves a new heart, and a new spirit: and why will you die, O house of Israel? [32] For I desire not the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God, return ye and live.
Note that we are delivering it again - not quoting Ezekiel but from the original source, God - with an urgency that, we assure you, Ezekiel never felt.
May those who have ears to hear, Hear! and eyes to see, See!... and then act accordingly with prayer and more prayer.

The bus-sized satellite first penetrated Earth's atmosphere somewhere over the Pacific Ocean, according to NASA and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Space Operations Center. But that doesn't necessarily mean it all fell into the sea.
The M+G+R Foundation comments: Is this the "science" that is protecting our National Security? And these people think they can develop - or effectively use - a system to shoot down incoming missiles?
It has just become crystal clear why we have lost every single war after World War II.

(2) And directly from NASA's "mouth"
It sounds like science fiction, but it's not, and according to the scientists, it represents a "critical" step toward reconstructing everything from what we're thinking while awake to what's happening as we dream.
The M+G+R Foundation comments: And they cannot even spot a bus-sized satellite trajectory in our atmosphere. Alice in Wonderland, and her friends, make more sense than our scientists, politicians and, last, but not least, our economists.
Lord have Mercy! (and give us the patience to endure what we must before You flush this world system down the drain, where it rightly belongs!)

Regarding the omissions.... in the Roman Catholic Lectionary from the Biblical Texts, today we shall review what was omitted from the Book of Matthew from Chapter 24 and 25.
Chapter 24 verses 1-3,14-36 have been omitted from the Mass readings.
[14] And this gospel of the kingdom, shall be preached in the whole world, for a testimony to all nations, and then shall the consummation come.
[15] When therefore you shall see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place: he that readeth let him understand. [16] Then they that are in
[29] And immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven shall be moved: [30] And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all tribes of the earth mourn: and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with much power and majesty.
[31] And he shall send his angels with a trumpet, and a great voice: and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the farthest parts of the heavens to the utmost bounds of them.
[32] And from the fig tree learn a parable: When the branch thereof is now tender, and the leaves come forth, you know that summer is nigh. [33] So you also, when you shall see all these things, know ye that it is nigh, even at the doors. [34] Amen I say to you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. [35] Heaven and earth shall pass, but my words shall not pass. [36] But of that day and hour no one knoweth, not the angels of heaven, but the Father alone.
Chapter 25 is covered in full in the Mass Readings at some time during the three year cycle of readings.

Soon after his birth, his eight year old sister contracted typhoid fever and was at death's door, with fevers pushing beyond 42 ºC (107.6 ºF). She recovered, but her mind seemed to have been seriously affected by the sustained high fever. In plain English, her mind was so gone that miguel's parents would not bring him home for fear that she would kill him. Eventually they had to do something about the situation and took a controlled risk: miguel was brought home. His insane sister was healed and, as the fairy tales end, they "lived happily ever after."
miguel could not have had a better sister, and blessedly, she is still among us.
Through the efforts of...... Mr. LP (added to those of Mrs. RM), we will be able to bring to you, not only the Scriptural readings omitted from the Roman Catholic Mass lectionary but also indicate which:
(b) the verses which were left out by the Orthodox Mass lectionary, yet appear in the RCC Mass lectionary.
The following verses from the book of Matthew were left out from the Orthodox Mass lectionary, but were included in the RCC Mass lectionary.
[12] Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly cleanse his floor and gather his wheat into the barn; but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire.
[24] And his fame went throughout all Syria, and they presented to him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and such as were possessed by devils, and lunatics, and those that had palsy, and he cured them
[15] And when he had imposed hands upon them, he departed from thence.
It is interesting to note that..... not only was September 23rd the date of the Fall Equinox (1), but it is also the day for the uncontrolled re-entry of a non-functional US satellite (2).
The M+G+R Foundation comments: Isn't it "comforting" to know that those who are reassuring the world population that, should a comet or asteroid head towards Earth, they could avert the collision, yet, they are helpless to do anything (aside from praying, if they were humble enough) to prevent their own six ton satellite from hitting anywhere on Earth?
What a sad (and very expensive) joke.

Have you heard that.... Researchers have shot another arrow through the credibility of claims that a virus likely causes chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)? (1)
This time, results from nine different labs around the United States failed to differentiate patients with CFS from healthy controls solely on the basis of whether they tested positive for xenotropic murine leukemia virus-related virus (XMRV).
The study was published in the Sept. 22 online issue of Science, along with a partial retraction from the authors of the 2009 study that first fingered XMRV as a probable culprit behind CFS.

A. We greatly appreciate your prayers and Mass. However, we must ask: what staff are you referring to?
S. Have I understood your words correctly? You mentioned offering mass. Are you ordained to the priesthood? I was of the belief that you were a layman.
A. Would that make any difference in the level of importance of what we pronounce in the Name of God? The faculties that God has bestowed upon m de P, so that he may fully discharge the Will of God in Time, are "for us to know and for the rest to wonder about", until all comes to light.
S. I just love your testimony of "God incidences" that have occurred in your life, and how you responded in faith.
A. That was one of the key (hidden) messages that we wished to transmit. God backs up His every Word! Thank you!
S. After reading and weighing your words in several occasions, I understood that it was sort of a farewell. This would be not necessarily because of your imminent departure (the one that will be rightly at the End of These Times), but rather because any one of us can be taken away at any time, due to the very nature of what is to come.
A. That was another of the key (hidden) messages that we wished to transmit. Your perception was certainly illuminated.
S. You are not the only one to have experienced food poisoning (more than once)....
A. We were neither bragging nor seeking a position in Guinness Book of Records.... nonetheless, knowing your situation, we are not surprised a bit.
S. I am ever so grateful for your daily writings ... As I try to follow His teachings more and more I notice His Wrath is being replaced with His Love...
A. No; it is not His wrath what you felt.... it was His absence in your life. As you continue on that path, that Love will increase more and more, and, eventually, you will simply have no memory of the "wrath" you speak about.
S. I do not pray for you every day since I feel that you are a very close friend of GOD - I thought what else could a man ask for if he is a close friend of GOD? However, after reading your email rest assured that tonight I will begin praying for you every day when I pray the Holy Rosary and at the three o'clock hour of Divine Mercy.
A. That is precisely what has brought the clergy down from time immemorial. You see, their innate arrogance does not allow them to tell the Faithful that they are in need of prayers, so, the Faithful did not pray for them (for the same reason you did not pray for us regularly) and.... they fell. Once God has marked someone for His service, it is like having a Target drawn on our backs, almost beckoning satan to hit. Why should satan waste his time on those who would have lesser impact for good in this world? He goes for those who can do the most in the establishment of the Kingdom of God. Thank you for the opportunity to bring this to light.
S. I have a question about not offering prayers for Ratzinger/Pope Benedict during Mass. Is it not also Christian to pray for our enemies and those most in need of Christ's Mercy? In his office as pope (aside from his theological books), has he not issued at least one encyclical true to the Faith?
A. Although we do not wish to fully explain at this time the theology of why "no prayer at all should be offered for him", we can, through the Grace of God, give you a complete and satisfactory answer. Usually the prayers for a Pope are for his intentions and not for his conversion. Obviously, no one should pray for his intentions. Should it be a general prayer for his spiritual and/or physical well being, etc. you may do so with the conditional, at the end, of "if it is according to Your Will, Lord".
We take this opportunity to quote from m de P's brief biography on-line:
We sincerely thank each one of you who wrote to us with kind words of encouragement and promises of prayer. I wish we could respond to each one individually but, between the eye-to-screen time limitation, m de P's two-finger typing abilities, and the nonexistent staff, we decided to offer a general acknowledgment accompanied by yet another apology, this time, for not being able to be more personal.
From (Mr.) PB @ US
Well, you were definitely right! I did pray and things are clearer.
It is still much like through a glass sparkling like in the days when I was led to hold the Two Hearts Vigils, but nonetheless it is clearer.
I know that Jesus tells us that not even He knows the day or hour of his return. But He also seems to have a history of giving us clues, along with His Mom, about other precise dates. There is no prohibition against this as far as I know.
So what I see is The Feast of Saint Justin Martyr. The Martyr of The Eucharist. This takes place on April 14, 2012. (1) It is the last day of Passover.
I see Hydrogen Cyanide coming from the clouds and I see dangerous radioactive lights capable of instantly frying and destroying the optic nerve.
I see a sign in the sky in the shape of a cross. Three days of Darkness (2). I see rich elite men going underground. And I see them dying in an ironic twist of fate. (Justice?)
The Heart of Mary, the essence of what Mary is, will be elevated to that of the Heart of Her son, Jesus, the Lord of the Universe. We are finally advanced enough as a society for what is to be revealed next. It is a great triumph.
May the Hearts of Jesus and Mary be venerated together, and may you have an awesome day!
Your friend,
PB
A. Thank you for letting us know about your spiritual progress and visions.
By publishing the above, as we state at the beginning of this page, "it does not automatically imply that The M+G+R Foundation agrees with all of its contents and/or conclusions." However, we do wish to make some comments about what he shared.
(b) St. Justin was not martyred specifically because of the Eucharist. St. Justin was martyred because he became the first apologist of Christianity in the 2nd Century; an apologist of the same category as the first martyr of Christendom - St. Stephen. [Acts 6 and 7] ] Among the truths St. Justin championed was the Eucharist, and this was rare at such an early stage of Christian history.
(d) PB's visions - which are not necessarily in order of succession - illustrate very well what we have clarified some time back: that we are heading straight into the Chastisement, with possible symbolic manifestations of what was going to be the Warning, the Miracle and the Sign. However, we have reasons to believe that PB has not read those writings.
(e) Regarding his statement "I see Hydrogen Cyanide coming from the clouds and I see dangerous radioactive lights capable of instantly frying and destroying the optic nerve. " We are sure that PB's “vision" was not inspired by what we have not yet published.

Have you heard that... two Opus Dei followers and an association with close ties to the conservative Catholic group are going on trial in Paris on Thursday, accused of forcing a disciple to work for more than a decade with little or no pay? (1)
But the trial is expected to shine a spotlight on the secretive group's practices. Dan Brown's bestseller "The Da Vinci Code" painted Opus Dei as a murderous, power-hungry sect, a portrayal that the group vigorously protested. Opus Dei's founder, Spanish priest Jose Maria Escriva de Balaguer, was made a saint by Pope John Paul II.
Thursday's trial comes after legal complaints filed by Catherine Tissier, who was 14 when she joined the Donson hotel school in eastern France, where the religious sacraments were led by Opus Dei.
Under the guidance of what she calls a "spiritual director," she gradually chose to follow Opus Dei's spiritual path and began working as a "numerary assistant."
"I was working from seven o'clock in the morning to ten o'clock in the evening every day, seven days a week. The three weeks of holidays we had were spent with Opus Dei where they taught us theology and pursued in-depth studies on the spirit of the (Opus Dei) founder," Tissier said in an interview with The Associated Press.
If the world at large, Dan Brown included, knew how much worse (2) the situation is, there would be mass panic.

A New Document
Regarding the omissions.... in the Roman Catholic Lectionary from the Biblical Texts, today we shall review what was omitted from the Book of Matthew from Chapter 22 and 23.
[22] And hearing this they wondered, and leaving him, went their ways. [23] That day there came to him the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection; and asked him, [24] Saying: Master, Moses said: If a man die having no son, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up issue to his brother. [25] Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first having married a wife, died; and not having issue, left his wife to his brother. [26] In like manner the second, and the third, and so on to the seventh. [27] And last of all the woman died also. [28] At the resurrection therefore whose wife of the seven shall she be? for they all had her. [29] And Jesus answering, said to them: You err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God. [30] For in the resurrection they shall neither marry nor be married; but shall be as the angels of God in heaven. [31] And concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read that which was spoken by God, saying to you: [32] I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. [33] And the multitudes hearing it, were in admiration at his doctrine.
[41] And the Pharisees being gathered together, Jesus asked them, [42] Saying: What think you of Christ? whose son is he? They say to him: David's. [43] He saith to them: How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying: [44] The Lord said to my Lord, Sit on my right hand, until I make thy enemies thy footstool? [45] If David then call him Lord, how is he his son? [46] And no man was able to answer him a word; neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.
Chapter 23 verses 33-39 have been omitted from the Mass readings.

"All of this is not religious tourism, even less a show," the 84-year-old pope, born Joseph Ratzinger, said an address broadcast on ARD television late Sunday. "It is about bringing God back into our field of view; God who is often missing, but so very needed." Not all Germans are so convinced.
The M+G+R Foundation comments: The day when many Catholics, who live with their heads firmly placed into the sand, start to wonder why with the billions of Masses offered over the centuries, not to mention the trillion of rosaries prayed, the Evangelization has failed miserably in spite of the promises made by Jesus - which we vow them to be the absolute truth - they will truly understand what we meant about the Church being sold to the world through Constantine (2) and what Paul VI really meant when he said that the smoke of satan had entered the Church, although he may not have been aware as to when such tragedy took place.
Unfortunately, by the time they realize why, it will be too late for most to digest what God relayed to humanity through Isaiah:
[16] Wash yourselves, be clean, take away the evil of your devices from my eyes: cease to do perversely, [17] Learn to do well: seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge for the fatherless, defend the widow. [18] And then come, and accuse me, saith the Lord: if your sins be as scarlet, they shall be made as white as snow: and if they be red as crimson, they shall be white as wool. [19] If you be willing, and will hearken to me, you shall eat the good things of the land. [20] But if you will not, and will provoke me to wrath: the sword shall devour you because the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. [Isaiah 1]
Let us not forget that: (a) Today's God Is the same One speaking through Isaiah; and (b) God allowed World War II because the Roman Church Administration did not follow the simple instructions given to them via Fatima. The world cannot expect an 11th hour reprieve for there will be none.

"We've just learned that some flares are many times stronger than previously thought," says University of Colorado physicist Tom Woods who led the research team. "Solar flares were already the biggest explosions in the solar system, and this discovery makes them even bigger."
NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO), launched in February 2010, made the finding: About 1 in 7 flares experience an "aftershock." About ninety minutes after the flare dies down, it springs to life again, producing an extra surge of extreme ultraviolet radiation.
"We call it the 'late phase flare,'" says Woods. "The energy in the late phase can exceed the energy of the primary flare by as much as a factor of four."
The extra energy from the late phase can have a big effect on Earth. Extreme ultraviolet wavelengths are particularly good at heating and ionizing Earth's upper atmosphere. When our planet's atmosphere is heated by extreme UV radiation, it puffs up, accelerating the decay of low-orbiting satellites. Furthermore, the ionizing action of extreme UV can bend radio signals and disrupt the normal operation of GPS.
SDO was able to make the discovery because of its unique ability to monitor the sun's extreme UV output in high resolution nearly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With that kind of scrutiny, it's tough to keep a secret--even one as old as this.
The M+G+R Foundation comments: As you may see, just when scientists think that they have "a handle" on something that can affect us in a very direct and possibly destructive way, we find out that they just did not. God willing, we will discuss the triggering mechanism of cataclysmic UV radiation soon; it is beginning to look like a very comprehensive vehicle for the chastisement and the remaining life after it.

Currently, the government of Ireland is considering a law which would mandate that priests report the contents of a Confession of the sin and crime of child abuse to the police.
As one might expect, many Catholics sources loyal to the Vatican have reacted in horror.
From my own experience, I have heard conversations of priests discussing matters they were told in the confessional with their priest friends, and with lay persons. So much for the inviolability of the Confessional!
I am also aware that it is not uncommon for priest abusers to confess their misdeeds to priest friends, that they thus become bound by the 'Seal of Confession'. This is one step away from making the other priest(s) co-conspirators. Confession and absolution do not exempt a criminal from due process of law.
Such misuse of Confession is an abomination and an attempt to mock God. Thus I suggest a reasonable solution:
When I sin, there is a penalty to be paid for it - in this world and in the next. Even if that sin has been absolved, there remains the 'invoice due'. For there to be real Absolution, reparation must be made, if possible, to any/all who are injured by my sin.
If a serious crime has been committed - murder, gross theft/embezzlement, rape, or child abuse itself - then it should be the moral obligation of the priest in ALL cases to give a stark choice to the penitent:
Of course we know that the Vatican will not do this. If they did this, more than a few rectories, Chancery offices, and Episcopal thrones would then be empty.
WO
A. The secrecy of the confessional is a far more complex issue than most even begin to understand. For example, take your proposed solution of withholding absolution. Based on our experience with humans, most will walk out without the Absolution and decide to "work it out with God, since He really understands my plight".
On the other hand, if the secrecy of the confessional is optional and the confessor decides what to keep secret and what to pass on, then this Sacrament will be skipped by most - as seems to be the case now.
The best solution appears to be what miguel saw in the movie "Priest" (2) - a movie amply condemned by the Roman Catholic Church because it exposed its underbelly as it really is. In this movie the main character priest finds out in the confessional that a father is abusing his daughter. The poor man is completely torn between revealing what he has learned in order to stop it or maintain the seal of the confessional intact.
This was what this poor priest did not need at this time, as he was in a truly titanic and sincere fight with his homosexuality, which he occasionally acted upon with adults.
He spoke to and admonished the father of the girl, but to no avail. He then resorted to what a man of true faith should do. He turned to God begging for His intervention so that the seal of the confessional would remain intact yet the abusive father would be exposed and stopped.
That is exactly what God did. Through an obvious run-of-the-mill error, the mother comes home at a completely unexpected time and finds her husband abusing their daughter.
Of course, to accept such solution one must understand and accept the power of faith. Since miguel has seen this action (request to God) and reaction (response from God) manifested in innumerable situations, that would be the solution that we propose.
Needless to say - until the situation is resolved the penitent is not to receive absolution.
If the above scenario were not complicated enough, what about the knowledge, via the confessional, that a penitent in question is capable of committing premeditated murder?
We will leave that horrific scenario for another time.
In closing we must add that:
(a) If there are specific Civil Laws in the books about reporting specific crimes revealed in the confessional, they must be reported if the identity of the penitent is known. We cannot serve God (Who is well above any Ecclesiastical entity and/or authority) by breaking the civil laws under which we live, so long as the law does not forbid us to believe in God. This we know as a fact.
(b) If the Sacrament of Reconciliation would be taken seriously by clergy and laity alike, then it should be dispensed as it was intended:
ii. Confessors are to be rotated for complete anonymity. The confessor of Parish A will rotate through all other parishes as confessor, never holding the Sacrament of Reconciliation at his own parish (voice anonymity). Penitents of Parish A will hold their Sacrament of Reconciliation with confessors from other parishes (or even towns), and so on.
In this case, the confessor cannot tie a sin or crime to a particular penitent. He can withhold the absolution and advise the penitent how to act regarding his crime.
____________________
(1) While this should apply to laity as well, the social, spiritual, and moral standing of the priesthood demands the highest standard of conduct - thus to teach by example.
(2) miguel actually used the movie in therapy groups with excellent results.
(3) In the Sacrament of Reconciliation the penitent is confessing his/her sins to God - not a man. An invisible God Who will respond through the man behind the grill.

After reviewing the list of suppressed Biblical Readings published on the FYI&R post for the 18th (1), out of curiosity, I checked to see whether the same omissions exist in the Orthodox lectionary book that I use for my daily readings. This book contains the readings specified by the Orthodox for every day of the Church year, and follows a 1-year cycle.
This is what I found:
Matthew 12:22-30 is read on Tuesday of the 5th week after Pentecost.
Matthew 12:30-37 is read on Saturday of the 8th week after Pentecost.
Matthew 12:43-45 is part of a longer reading on Wednesday of the 5th week after Pentecost.
All of the omitted readings from the Roman Catholic lectionary, which criticize the Pharisees and the religious establishment/fanatics of the time, are included in the Orthodox lectionary.
Why am I not surprised?
IW
A. For the same reason that we are not! They do not want to call the Faithful's attention to the state the "inside of their cup" is [Luke 11:39].
Thank you for your feedback on this matter.

We have written about...... Biblical Literalism and Symbolism in the past (1), yet there is actually a third approach for which we have no name yet.
In the readings of the Feast of Exaltation of the Cross we hear about the Jews mumbling (as usual) against God and Moses. We see God sending serpents to punish the offenders with death. Then we have Moses intervening before God; an intervention which resulted in a solution: "Make a saraph and mount it on a pole, and if any who have been bitten look at it, they will live." Moses accordingly made a bronze serpent and mounted it on a pole, and whenever anyone who had been bitten by a serpent looked at the bronze serpent, he lived. [Nm 21:4b-9]
Whether we take a Literal or Symbolic approach or a combination of both, the interpreted outcome is not good at all as you can see: (a) Jesus (somehow) makes us deathly ill but if we contemplate a crucifix we are healed; or (b) Jesus is equated with a serpent (Lord have Mercy!) and we must believe in that serpent to have Eternal Life.
Of course we know that such is not the case, yet, how can those disparate readings be combined into the true and liberating message? The answer does not lie in neither Literal nor (direct) Symbolic interpretation. We will try to explain that third mode of interpretation.
When we venerate a crucifix we are seeing (and hopefully meditating on) the body of Jesus crucified - His humanity which is now dead. We are not seeing His unseen component, His Divinity.
His humanity died because He assumed all of our sins - past, present and future. (Remember, Mary did not die because She was Immaculate and death is only the result of our fallen nature). Therefore, when we venerate that crucifix and recognize that God took upon Himself our humanity to pay for our sins through the death of His humanity, what we must remember is that:
We pray that we have been able to explain this matter properly.

The information given about the Mass changes being made only in English is interesting. (1)
Could it be that the complete Sacrifice of the Mass, meaning, the Transubstantiation, was being incorrectly done, or not done, in countries that do not speak English, all these years, and no one paid attention to it?
My mother-in-law, who is from Mexico, was puzzled that the Priest had not talked about any changes in the Spanish Mass she attends, but there are changes in the English Mass, at the same church.
celebrated properly throughout that continent?
LM
A. Food for thought indeed. Without going into details about it now, perhaps the poor formation of the clergy combined with the poor Evangelization effort from the very top on down are the roots of the social and moral chaos that you accurately described in those continents.

At the clear request of God, we are starting a series of mini-documents which will also appear on this page. We are calling the series "Inconvenient Biblical Readings". What we are doing, with the great cooperation of Mrs. RM, is going through the entire Bible and striking out all readings which are used in Mass in the repeating three-year cycles. That will leave only the readings which for one reason or another have been left out. Since most Catholics, East and West, tend not to study the Holy Scriptures as a whole, and just focus on the Mass Readings, they will seldom see those omitted readings.
In some instances verses have been omitted because the same message was selected from another text, however, it is amazing what has been "swept under the carpet" even when apparently the same message was taken from another text.
Our plans now are to just publish what has been omitted, with no explanation or interpretation. It is the Will of God that the reader, aided by His Holy Spirit draw his/her own conclusions. We may add a comment or two if circumstances warrant it.
We have started with the New Testament, but may alternate with the omissions from the Old Testament. However, this has not been "carved in stone" yet.
The first issue follows:
Chapters 1 through 11 are covered in full in the Mass Readings sometime at least every three years.
Chapter 12 verses 9-13, 22-37, 43-45, have been omitted from the Mass readings.
[22] Then was offered to him one possessed with a devil, blind and dumb: and he healed him, so that he spoke and saw. [23] And all the multitudes were amazed, and said: Is not this the son of David? [24] But the Pharisees hearing it, said: This man casteth not out the devils but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils. [25] And Jesus knowing their thoughts, said to them: Every kingdom divided against itself shall be made desolate: and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand. [26] And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself: how then shall his kingdom stand? [27] And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. [28] But if I by the Spirit of God cast out devils, then is the kingdom of God come upon you. [29] Or how can any one enter into the house of the strong, and rifle his goods, unless he first bind the strong? and then he will rifle his house. [30] He that is not with me, is against me: and he that gathereth not with me, scattereth. [31] Therefore I say to you: Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men, but the blasphemy of the Spirit shall not be forgiven. [32] And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but he that shall speak against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the world to come.
[33] Either make the tree good and its fruit good: or make the tree evil, and its fruit evil. For by the fruit the tree is known. [34] O generation of vipers, how can you speak good things, whereas you are evil? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. [35] A good man out of a good treasure bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of an evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. [36] But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall render an account for it in the day of judgment. [37] For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
[43] And when an unclean spirit is gone out of a man he walketh through dry places seeking rest, and findeth none. [44] Then he saith: I will return into my house from whence I came out. And coming he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. [45] Then he goeth, and taketh with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is made worse than the first. So shall it be also to this wicked generation.
We sincerely pray that this extensive Biblical exercise will help each one of you to better understand the real God and strengthen your relationship with Him while enriching the Catholic Faith you profess. Any feedback that may help in this project will be appreciated.
If you thought that..... you had heard and seen it all, you may change your mind after reading the following news report.
A spokesman for Van Nuys-based Pink Visual said the bunker will be “far more than a mere bomb shelter or subterranean survivalist enclave” with amenities such as multiple fully-stocked bars, an enormous performing stage and a sophisticated content production studio.
"Our goal is nothing less than to survive the apocalypse to come in comfort and luxury," said Pink Visual spokesman Quentin Boyer, "whether that catastrophe takes the form of fireballs flung earthward by an all-seeing deity, extended torrential rainfall, Biblical rapture, an earthquake-driven mega-tsunami, radioactive flesh-eating zombies, or some combination of the above."
The studio's website will also be maintained and updated throughout any potential disaster "even if those websites are only available on the bunker's self-contained local network by that time," Boyer added. (1)
The M+G+R Foundation comments: We could equate this with something like the residents of Sodom and Gomorrah giving Lot and his family a farewell party as they were escaping the destruction of both cities. [See Rev. 6:15-17 and 9:20-21 for additional symbolism.]

Regarding your August 19, 2010 statement about the Warning and Miracle (events that had been announced at Garabandal) you stated, among other things:
There is a very real possibility that the world is heading, without further ado, directly into the Chastisement, which was announced in Garabandal and Akita, and which we have independently confirmed several times since 1992.
During the 1990s, as I was on my way in to the Catholic Church, I learned of the prophecies
of the universal Warning, an illumination of conscience in which everyone would learn of the true
condition of their soul and the nature of their
sins.[1]
From 1999 onward, as I began to visit your site and saw the sequence of end-time events as you
laid them out, [2] I took it as a certainty
that these miraculous, earth-shaking events would occur as prophesied by the Garabandal seers. And
yet, as I understood the rest of the sequence of events, with the deceptions to be
offered by the False Christ, I wondered several things:
(a) These Marian and traditional prophecies, as popularly understood, indicate that all – or almost all – of those who live through the universal Warning, the Miracle and the Sign will become Catholics. Most other religions (including Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, etc.) would lose most of their followers to a resurgent Church. However, it would seem that this would – if it occurred – merely allow satan to entrap a maximum number of souls with his Vatican-endorsed counterfeit of the Return of Christ.
(b) I also wondered about the nature and efficacy of the spiritual correction offered by the Warning, as popularly understood. When I put together (1) the universal correction of conscience that the Warning would offer, with (2) the widespread acceptance of the False Christ and his allies, it seemed strange that God would fail to effectively warn people of the spiritual trap that would soon be posed by satan for the faithful.
Your recent announcement – that the Warning, Miracle, and Sign most likely will not be manifested publicly and for all mankind, as popularly expected – resolved these questions for me.
(1) If there is no universal Warning that would push every almost every survivor into the Catholic Church, then the true followers of God in each of the other faiths are likely to remain where they were. The continuation of Protestant and Orthodox Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, and other faiths will limit the audience for the Vatican's False Christ.
(2) If there is no universal Warning and “judgment in miniature,” I do not have to wonder why most of the survivors do not receive – or heed – a Divine warning against the imminent peril of the False Christ.
I can just see it now:
Benedict appears at the window above, fully decked out in fabulous red slippers, an ermine robe,
and a Christ-less gold staff. The mitered wolf tells the crowd that the new superman-like
individual, someone who could have stepped out of a 1942 SS recruitment poster, is The One.
Reverent and obedient Catholics say “Heil”, and seal their doom.
But meanwhile, because the rest of mankind has been left with the freedom of conscience to
stay outside the Vatican's sway ... the Jews say, “Feh! That
goy, that Aryan impostor, is not from the House of David. You can keep that
mamzer to yourselves!”
The Protestants dust off their Lutheran and Calvinist loyalties, and remember the old warnings
about the papal Antichrist.
The Orthodox say “Anathema,” and “Remember 1204!” The Muslims identify the superman-like
individual as Masih ad-Dajjal, and declare jihad against him.
Followers of the Asian religions reject the superman-like individual as the leader of revived
Western imperialism.
In short, just because mankind is not united in the “true faith”, much of mankind is protected from the False Christ because they remain loyal to their own tradition. The withholding of global miracles (such as the Warning, the Sign, and the Miracle as predicted by the Garabandal seers) is thus an act of Divine Mercy.
Comments?
The "theo-logic" you utilize is correct, for that is the way God has worked with humanity since the beginning of recorded history. To give a "face" to what we are saying, let us go back to the events at Fátima (1). Mary did not say that there was going to be a second world war, nor did She say that communism was going to essentially engulf the world. Even though Mary knew that such events were going to happen (She lives in Eternity, where all has been finished (2) ) She described those scenarios as conditional events. The conditions were left in the hands of mankind. The conditions were not fulfilled (1) and the events took place just as She described.
Let us move forward now to Garabandal. All throughout that time, the Second Vatican Council (3) was trying to bring the Imperial Church to heel - the heel of Jesus Christ (4). The Marian nature/purpose of said Council could not have been more graphically symbolized than by the gold rose Paul VI sent as a gift to Mary in Fátima (remember Rosa (Rose) Mystica (5) and the purpose of Her manifestations?) and by the proclamation of Mary as Mother of the Church, at the end of the Council.
If the clear intent of the Second Vatican Council (the softening of the Apocalypse) had been fulfilled with John Paul I moving the Church in the new direction given by the Second Vatican Council, the events such as the Warning, Miracle and Sign announced in Garabandal, would have been made manifest to all. Instead, he was murdered, opening the doors to the antiChrist (6) and the eventual manifestation of the False Christ (7).
Anyone who has an inkling of the Divine methods and logic and is familiar with Sacred History, as revealed by the Holy Scriptures - not the Roman Catholic Church's version - would see the "theo-logic" in your evaluation and conclusions.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this matter, so that those who have Eyes to See, see, and those who Have Ears to Hear, hear.

Did you know that..... the gravitational field of the Earth has been mapped?
Now we can see that what most thought was "standard" is far from it. Regarding the images that you will see in the referenced Links (1) (2) :
(b) Yellow color indicates higher gravitational pull
(c) The strange shape of the globe would be the case if the entire surface of the Earth would be covered by water. That is, the levels of the oceans would be different throughout the world responding to: (c1) The gravitational pull in the area; and (c2) The effect the rotation of the Earth has on water level.
(d) Do notice the very deep "hole" in the Indian Ocean which indicates a spot of much lower gravitational force than any other place on the planet.

In case that you have not heard.... Confessed Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik is sticking to his claim of belonging to a militant order of the Knights Templar, even though police have found no evidence it exists. (1)
Breivik has told police that many of the other members are war-hardened former fighters from Serbia, the lawyer said.
Breivik has said he carried out the attacks alone. But police prosecutor Christian Hatlo said the main priority of the investigation remains to find out if Breivik had any accomplices and if there are other cells.
"It does not appear very likely, but it is too early to draw conclusions," Hatlo told AP on Friday.
